Characters who represent Science include:
- Dr John the vet (who also represents animal rights & medical ethics) - Robert (human scientist with his own suspicions to prove/crack down, and career + reputation at stake) - Dogtor Todd (dogman scientist who has agenda of prolonging dogs' lives, underground life's work in a lab, with a mission, and his kind of science serves as an alternative to the humans' knowledge) - Mr Lee (also a scientist, but with a guilty conscience, who does his alliance lie with? Is he a spy?)
During our improvisations, we did not explore too much with the topic of alternative science - we could imagine scenarios involving Dogtor Todd and Mr Lee in this thread.

The most direct links to reality off the top of my head...
Dogtor Todd does not know she is Mr. Lee's chimera. Dogtor Todd is a puppet representing Mr. Lee's alter ego. Dogtor Todd is a mythical nine-tailed fox that helped Mr. Lee with all his radical innovations, thus it is actually the supernatural that is fueling the groundbreaking ideas of the pioneering scientist.

The Social Construction of Reality - Peter L. Berger, Thomas Luckmann. Everyday Life is one of many realities, and imposes itself on us in the most massive, urgent and intense manner, and as our consciousness continues to take it in, we start to see this life as normal and self evident.
